DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL Full-time & part-time positions available - evening shift (3pm-11pm) [Retention Bonus of $2,000 offered to full-time DSP positions, upon eligibility] Whether you’re just starting out in behavioral health, have recently been impacted by area program closures, or are a caregiver looking to expand your knowledge we want to hear from you Typical Daily Duties: Work one-on-one with adults with brain injury diagnosis. Provide supports within homelike community setting, helping adults of all abilities to strive. Work closely with families, involving them in the therapeutic process. Work collaboratively with Program Managers, Nursing Team and Behavioral team members to ensure treatment plans are meeting participants needsDeliver therapeutic supervision to participants and families during treatment and education activities Document behavioral progress notes and collaborate with team members This role is highly flexible and can be a primary or secondary job – it can work around your availability.
