LOCATION: 4740 E University Dr, Phoenix, AZ 85034 SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday Pollard Banknote is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the effective management and operation of the Arizona Lottery warehouse. This includes inventory management, receiving and shipping of packages, facilitating purchasing of goods, warehouse equipment operation and maintenance, and merchandise support for the customer service and sales departments. What You'll Do Responsible for ordering, receiving and controlling inventory for the Arizona Lottery's warehouse. Responsible for verifying proper order specifications including size, quantity, etc. of all goods received and ensuring proper labeling, dating, and stocking of supplies in proper areas of the warehouse. Following proper transfer process of product between warehouse locations or issuance of product to departments, including follow-up documentation and inventory management tracking. Distributing sales support materials to sales representatives while they're onsite at the warehouse, or by delivering directly to the sales representative in their territory. Schedule basic routine maintenance of warehouse equipment. Making sure they are in proper working order and reporting any maintenance needed outside of normal maintenance. Following proper lockout/tagout procedures for any unsafe equipment. Conduct daily warehouse walkthroughs and other storage areas to ensure all areas are clean and safe. And other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. Post-secondary education in Business, Transportation/ Logistics management or related field preferred. License/Certification Required: This position does require a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record. Prior Forklift and/or other power equipment certifications. Experience Required: Minimum 3-5 years warehouse or distribution experience . Demonstrated working proficiency with computer software, including Google and Microsoft Suite products. Experience and knowledge with inventory management. Experience loading and unloading trucks with a pallet jack and forklift. Understanding of budgets and managing costs/expenses. Proven successful leadership practices and principles. Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of concentration in front of a computer. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Periods of standing and walking. Frequent bending, reaching, and stooping. Work in warehouse environments with variable temperature and noise. Ability to perform repetitive tasks. Travel Requirements: In-state travel is required for occasional delivery to Flagstaff, Kingman, Lake Havasu, and Tucson. In-state travel may require occasional overnight stays.
