Home Health Nurse Job Summary In this dynamic role as a home health nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care in the comfort of their own homes. Your primary responsibility will be to execute physician-ordered plans of care, working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality services. Key Responsibilities: Deliver skilled nursing care to patients under the direction of registered nurses and in accordance with established care plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care. Maintain accurate records and documentation according to agency policies and procedures. Traits and Qualities: A valid LPN license is required for this position; additionally, an Associate's degree or diploma from an accredited vocational nursing program is essential for success. We require at least 1 year's experience as a licensed vocational nurse (LVN), preferably within a home health setting, along with certification in CPR;Greater Than individuals who also hold auto liability insurance are encouraged too!
