You will help transform strong individual efforts into a cohesive, scalable portfolio that delivers clear business and employee outcomes. What you will do Program and Project Operations • Stand up and maintain the central TD roadmap, calendar, and tracker for concurrent programs • Build frameworks, templates, SOPs, and lightweight governance adding clarity without creating drag • Support logistics, communications, registration, evaluations, and continuous feedback loops for key programs • Support logistics for running New Employee Orientation on a biweekly cadence, driving seamless, engaging entry experience for new hires Strategic Alignment • Support strategic alignment of Talent Development with HR and broader organizational programs, processes, and systems • Translate strategy into sequenced, executable plans that connect to enterprise goals • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders so TD initiatives reinforce core processes across the entire HR ecosystem Design and Delivery • Collaborate with SMEs, HR, Comms, and business leaders to design scalable, learner-centered programs • Apply the right instructional frameworks (ADDIE, SAM, design thinking, or similar) to ensure relevance and impact • Facilitate virtual and in-person sessions, adjusting in real time to audience needs and energy • Administer and optimize the LMS. Experience with implementations is a plus Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management • Integrate stakeholder needs early and often. Build trust via proactive updates and co-creation practices • Craft clear internal messaging and thoughtful change plans that drive adoption and readiness • Maintain active listening mechanisms and translate feedback into program improvements Measurement and Continuous Improvement • Define success metrics with partners, collect qualitative and quantitative data, and report on outcomes • Recommend optimizations based on insights. Share lessons learned and enable knowledge reuse across TD What you bring Learning and Development Expertise • 4+ years in dedicated L&D or Organizational Development role • Experience shaping and delivering high-impact, learner-centered programs • Proficiency with ADDIE, SAM, design thinking, or similar methodologies • Understanding of how L&D programs align to overall people outcomes and ability to demonstrate impact with data. • LMS administration experience. LMS configuration and implementation preferred Program and Project Management • 4+ years running large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders and competing timelines • Proven ability to create order out of ambiguity, leveraging structure where it helps and restraint where it does not • Demonstrated skill in tracking deliverables, risks, resources, and dependencies through project charters, project management tools, etc Stakeholder Savvy and Change Agility • Comfortable navigating HR, Comms, Ops, and business partners to build alignment • Strong communicator who keeps people informed and engaged through clear, timely updates Key competencies • Collaboration: Builds trust and shared ownership.
