JOB TITLE: SOFTWARE ENGINEER JOB LOCATION: AURORA, CO WAGE RANGE: $95.00-100.00 PER HOUR JOB NUMBER: 14978775 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 8 years of relevant software engineering experience. • Experience developing object-oriented software using Java and C++. • Experience developing software in a Linux environment. • Experience with Atlassian tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Bitbucket. • Experience developing software on the M2C2 or Rushmore program • An active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Additional Job Details: Qualifications We Prefer • Software development lifecycle experience using the SAFe Agile methodology. • Experience developing software using Python. • Experience with AMMP, Cucumber, GIT, Khaos (M2C2 FD), Kubernetes, Oracle, Postgres, SonarQube, Weblogic, WIGS/Angular. • Experience with cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and CI/CD processes. • Experience working with full stack development. What You Will Learn • A breadth of advanced software technologies and techniques including multi-tiered architectures, AWS web services, and microservice software design. • Modern DevSecOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery techniques. • Software lifecycle practices for large-scale defense projects. • Satellite ground system technologies including command & telemetry, flight dynamics, planning and scheduling, and spacecraft operations.
