Lewis & Clark Behavioral Health Services (LCBHS) Seeks a highly motivated social worker/ case manager for our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team. Team members provide intensive, wrap-around mental health support in the community for individuals with severe mental illnesses, focusing on home visits, medication management, therapy, life skills training (housing, employment, finances), and crisis support, aiming to reduce hospitalization and improve independence through a multidisciplinary, recovery-focused approach.
