Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing civil engineering company in the RTP area who is hiring a Service Support Specialist to join their team. This is a contract to hire opportunity working on 1st shift 8am-5pm. Responsibilities: Support field service technicians by assisting with job-related information and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete. Manage and track customer support tickets, coordinating responses and resolutions. Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt, professional, and accurate communication. Prepare and send service quotes for parts, labor, and technician services. Maintain and update field service schedules to ensure efficient coordination of service activities. Process service orders, documentation, and updates in the company’s internal system. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of administrative or customer service experience, ideally in a technical, manufacturing, or service-oriented environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM/ERP software is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
