Summary: Oversees the facility, personnel, and daily branch operations including customer service, sales, and product promotion, inventory control, and distribution for warehouse and retail location by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities personal or through other employees. Responsibilities: Performs all duties and responsibilities according to the Mission and Core Values of the Company. Coordinates distribution, warehousing, and sales in accordance with policies, principles, and procedures established by Operations Ensure that branch office is open from 7:00 am through 5:00 pm Monday through Friday (excluding company holidays) Processes all customer orders start to finish Processes all customer orders as received (phone/email, walk-in, web, etc.) to best fit customer/project needs determines best shipping methods Fields sales phone calls / handles inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales Coordinates material will-calls and customer deliveries Build and maintain customer relationships Quotes follow-ups weekly / follows up with expired will-calls (one time per week, follow up anything over one week old) / Makes outbound lead and follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell products and services Emphasizes sellable features, quotes prices and credit terms, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained. Prepare reports of business transactions (i.e. batch reports) Investigates and works to resolve customer order problems Acts as primary point-of-contact for BLP Division orders Cross trains warehousemen on order processes Maintains grounds and physical facilities including allG and BLP offices, warehouses, and bathrooms Performs, oversees, and coordinates maintenance for allG delivery vehicles, tailer, and forklift Send corporate mail out on a daily/ weekly basis Requirements: 1-2 years of counter sales experience. Pass background screen, drug screen, and MVR. Previous customer service experience. Proficient computer skills. Experience in operating a forklift. Successful completion of background screen, drug screen, and MVR. High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Valid Driver’s License.
