Job Title: Sales Manager Location: Glenshaw, PA Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $135000 annually Contractor Work Model: Hybrid Objective: Drive revenue expansion and cultivate strategic partnerships with OEM clients in automotive, construction, electronics, and industrial manufacturing segments throughout the Great Lakes region and East Coast territories. Responsibilities: Achieve revenue targets and expand market share through identification and capture of new business opportunities. Serve as primary point of contact for current and potential OEM accounts, ensuring alignment with customer needs. Execute full sales cycle activities including lead generation, RFQ management, proposal development, contract negotiation, PPAP coordination, and production implementation. Conduct regular on-site customer visits to strengthen partnerships and address technical or commercial requirements. Work alongside executive leadership and marketing personnel to define target markets and execute go-to-market strategies. Support promotional activities aimed at increasing market visibility and generating qualified leads. Develop and deliver technical and commercial presentations to decision-makers across procurement, sourcing, and engineering functions. Manage opportunity pipeline using CRM platform (Dynamics 365), tracking deal progression and providing forecasting updates. Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, estimating, marketing, and operations to deliver seamless customer solutions. Monitor industry developments, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to inform business planning. Prepare annual revenue projections and deliver periodic forecast revisions. Represent the organization at industry trade shows, supplier conferences, and networking events. Requirements: Minimum 3 years in technical sales within Automotive Manufacturing environments. Bachelor's degree. Documented success achieving or surpassing sales objectives. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar). Capability to travel up to 40% of time within an 8-hour driving radius. Mechanical understanding sufficient to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and product requirements. Experience managing complex sales processes from prospecting through production launch. Preferences: Technical or engineering educational background. Hands-on experience with die cutting, printing, or converting operations involving flexible substrates (films, foams, fibers, non-woven materials). Familiarity with processes and automotive quality standards. Background selling engineered components or converted materials to OEM customers.
