Your workspace will be at Store #2404, located at 7439 Sunset Lake Rd, Fuquay-Varina, NC, 27526. This part-time position offers up to 28 hours a week with a starting salary of $14.50. Assist customers both in-store and on the phone, determining needs and presenting products. Build trusting relationships with customers. Accurately process transactions per company policies. Meet targeted sales goals consistently. Maintain accurate work order files and product formulas. Prepare products from the sales floor or warehouse. Tint and mix products according to customer specifications. Stock shelves and set up displays to enhance product visibility. Clean equipment and maintain store standards. Assist with deliveries as required. Keep assigned areas in-stock and visually appealing. Stay knowledgeable about all products to discuss options confidently. Follow inventory control procedures. Propose ideas to improve sales strategies. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Authorized to work in the country without sponsorship. Valid, unrestricted Driver's License required. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and 70 lbs occasionally. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED preferred. One year of experience in retail or customer service roles. Experience with paint and related products is a plus. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment. Multilingual abilities are advantageous. Spanish language skills are a plus.
