Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales • Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly • Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client Qualifications: • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Compensation: $150,000 at plan • Compensation: $150,000 per year
