We are seeking a Training and Communications Specialist to support our client's Payroll Department through content development, onboarding, and internal communications. Key responsibilities include: Develop training materials, job aids, memos, and internal communications. Lead new hire orientation and onboarding activities for the Payroll Department. Collaborate with Payroll Team Leads to document and communicate processes. Ensure accuracy and clarity in all written materials. Support process improvement and employee development initiatives. Candidates must have high technical proficiency, including: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite. WebEx and collaborative tools. Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, PowerPoint, and other content development software. Familiarity with brand guidelines and visual design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, with a preferred major of Training, Human Resources, Communications, Education or Graphic Design. 3+ years of relevant experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory or leadership role (ideally in education, retail, hospitality, HR, healthcare, sales, marketing, or customer service). Background in Payroll is a plus, but not required. Strong communication, organization, and project management skills. High attention to detail and strong work ethic. Independent thinker with a passion for helping others grow.
