You will be joining a premier privately held real estate developer, with their own construction division, managing over 25 million square feet of commercial, mixed-use projects, hotels and residential projects on a national basis. Average size projects from $25M to $75M. Current project in Stamford, CT: 350 units, five floors on stick framing over a concrete parking garage. Position reports to Managing Director of Construction.
