Insight Global is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Product Manager to lead end to end feature development from identifying gaps to developing solutions to implementation and monitoring. Our client is a global systematically important bank. This team is a part of the organization responsible for managing a leading tech-forward consumer Credit Card. This product domain is responsible for customer communications and disclosures. This includes managing things like Email/SMS/Postal notifications on recent transactions in line with regulatory and policy requirements. The stack is also responsible for protecting personal customer data. Some examples of success deliverables and roadmap initiatives include: - Reducing the number of issues in the system and turnaround time for getting issues resolved - Ensuring there are no breaks in regulatory timelines - Improving how services communicate with each other and what services can be leveraged, improved, or replaced - Remapping data and managing the downstream impact across other domains Responsibilities of the role include: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, Privacy, Marketing, Legal , compliance, Risk and operations) to build out relevant product features. - Facilitate Agile processes such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user story definition. - Collect and analyze stakeholder feedback to guide product build. - Track key metrics and outcomes - Build Control framework, process and procedure for owned product. Required Skills & Experience - 6-10 years of Product Management experience with hands on end to end feature or product development experience (ideation to implementation) - Proficiency with Agile methodology tools such as Jira and Confluence - Domain experience within Credit Cards or Fintech - Understanding of SDLC with the ability to partner with Engineering to develop technical solutions - Mindset and experience that intersects being customer centric, regulatory compliant, and technical - Familiarity of the regulatory framework in financial technology - Experience creating and running projects with clear planning and milestones - Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Project experience relevant to customer communications, disclosures, or personal data - Experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
