Description Job Overview: The Quarry Beach Club, an exclusive waterfront community located in beautiful Naples, Florida, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Seasonal Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing and executing high-quality dishes according to established recipes and standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a team environment. This is a seasonal position, ideal for individuals looking to work during Southwest Florida's peak season. Your Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain a clean and organized work station. Ensure food is stored and handled safely in accordance with health and safety guidelines. Work closely with the culinary team to ensure quality and consistency in every dish. Assist with prep work, station setup, and end-of-shift cleanup. Skills & Qualifications: GED or High School Diploma At least 1 year kitchen experience Previous line cook experience in a high-volume or upscale kitchen preferred Excellent verbal communication skills required Knowledgeable of proper food handling procedures Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 30 – 50 lbs. Work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time. Reach with hands and arms. Communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word.
