Job Summary The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in accordance with Avion Hospitality and DoubleTree standards. This includes daily servicing of guest rooms, restocking supplies, replacing linens, and ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Housekeepers may also perform deep-cleaning tasks in partnership with preventative maintenance to keep rooms looking their best. Key Functions & Responsibilities Clean and service guest rooms daily according to hotel standards Restock carts with cleaning supplies, linens, and guest room amenities Replace bed linens, towels, and toiletries as needed Remove trash and dirty linens from guest rooms and hallways Ensure high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety at all times Assist with deep-cleaning tasks, such as AC filter changes, coil cleaning, touch-up painting, or furniture maintenance Approach guests and teammates with a friendly, service-oriented attitude Maintain proper uniform and grooming standards per brand guidelines Follow all Avion Hospitality policies for safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction Complete assignments and tasks as directed by supervisors or managers Resumen de Trabajo Recamarera tiene la responsabilidad de mantener limpias, ordenadas y atractivas las habitaciones de los clientes, pasillos, áreas públicas del hotel, limpiando los cuartos de acuerdo a los procedimientos del hotel, llenar los carros con material, reemplazando la línea y reabastecer el cuarto de amenidades siguiendo las normas de la empresa y los procedimientos de seguridad.
