Serves as a liaison to all Hospital departments and staff to ensure quality service to all customers, reflecting the mission, vision and philosophy. Provides overall direction for and coordination of hospital operations utilizing leadership skills. Assures that personnel function within standards and expectations. Assesses, develops, implements, evaluates and revises standards, policies and procedures to ensure that all customers are provided the care and services dictated by their individual needs. Creates an environment that monitors and adapts to regulatory and practice changes. Models the standards of Service Excellence. Provides bed assignments and overall direction and coordination of Hospital throughput.
