Job DescriptionJob Description Are you mechanically driven and love working hands-on with heavy machinery? We’re looking for a skilled, self-motivated Service Technician to join our team! In this role, you’ll work on tractors, construction equipment, and other heavy machinery, performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance while delivering top-notch service to our customers. If you enjoy problem-solving, taking ownership of your work, and seeing the results of your hands-on expertise, this position is perfect for you! What You’ll Do: Diagnose, inspect, recondition, repair, assemble, and service tractors and heavy equipment according to technical manuals and company standards Operate and test dealership-marketed heavy machinery safely and efficiently Maintain organized, clean workspaces and properly care for tools and equipment Document all work performed, including parts and fluids used Collaborate with fellow technicians and Service Manager to ensure smooth workflow Stay current on product and technical knowledge through ongoing training Follow all safety standards, procedures, and company policies Communicate clearly and consistently with team members and management What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of service or equipment technician experience Graduation from a diesel technology, heavy equipment, or mechanical program Strong mechanical aptitude with trade-specific hand and pneumatic tools Skilled in troubleshooting and diagnostics for heavy machinery Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and work in both shop and outdoor conditions Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and providing excellent customer service Comfort working with tractors, skid steers, loaders, and other heavy equipment Work Environment: Primarily a service shop setting with some exposure to weather, noise, and moving mechanical parts Hands-on role requiring standing, bending, lifting, and operating machinery Opportunity to work directly on a variety of  l arge-scale, high-impact equipment Field work If you are interested in applying for this job please press the Apply Button and follow the application process.
