Our General Managers Are Set Up for Success: All Managerial hires begin their journey as Management Trainees, ensuring comprehensive training in all restaurant roles. We provide a structured (paid) training path to guarantee our leaders are knowledgeable and respected, equipping them with the skills needed to lead with confidence. With each certification achieved (Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, and General Manager), you can earn bonuses along with performance bonuses based on restaurant metrics. Competitive Compensation Offered: Base Pay: Starting at $46K to $56K per year for Certified Managers. Monthly Bonus: Earn up to an additional $500 each month by achieving set objectives. Additional Bonus: Consistent performance in key metrics can yield an extra $100 weekly. Year-End Bonuses: Top performers can be rewarded with over $10K at the end of the fiscal year. Key Responsibilities: Ensure a safe and healthy environment by enforcing safety and sanitation standards while complying with laws. Maintain Brand standards and ensure recipes and systems are executed consistently. Foster a guest-focused culture within the restaurant. Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing restaurant team. Coach team members to drive sales and enhance guest satisfaction. Analyze guest feedback and implement improvement plans. Oversee new product rollouts, including training and marketing initiatives. Manage costs effectively to maximize profitability. Conduct regular inventory checks and complete financial reporting. Prepare weekly schedules to ensure optimal staffing during peak hours. Manage vendor orders and conduct self-assessments for continuous improvement. Communicate goals and priorities to the restaurant team. Perform all restaurant team member responsibilities and lead team meetings. Deliver training and evaluate employee performance.
