Fully Qualified Navy Validator III (Contingent Upon Award)

Loch Harbour Group, Inc. (LHG) is seeking Fully Qualified Navy Validator III (Contingent Upon Award) to provide senior-level oversight and validation of RMF compliance for Navy Platform Information Technology (PIT) systems. This role ensures systems meet DoD and DON cybersecurity requirements prior to authorization. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage RMF validation activities for Navy PIT systems. Oversee IAT personnel, certification agents, and system engineers. Validate compliance with DoD RMF and DON CIO IA policy. Conduct assessments and provide authoritative validation decisions. Advise leadership on system risk, compliance posture, and remediation. Support accreditation efforts across Navy and DoD environments. Requirements Required Qualifications: Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from an accredited institution. Experience Five (5) years of professional experience in the management of Information Assurance Technical (IAT), certification agents and system engineers on the compliance requirements to achieve certification and accreditation IAW the DoD RMF program and the Department of Navy (DON) Chief Information Officer (CIO) IA Policy for Platform Information Technology (PIT) Systems Professional experience in support of the Department of Navy (DON) or Department of Defense (DoD) is preferred. Certifications (Required) Must hold one of the following certifications (Required skill): Certified Information Systems Security Professional – or Associate (CISSP / Associate of CISSP) Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner CE (CASP+ CE) Certified Authorization Professional (CAP) GIAC Security Leadership Certification (GSLC) Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO HealthCare Information Security and Privacy Practitioner (HCISPP) Navy Qualified Validator Level III (NQV III) – required and must be current Additional Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
