The expected salary range for this position is $156,600 to $174,000, depending on experience, in addition to a complete benefits package that includes a bonus and 401(k). Primary Purpose of Position Manage the engineering function to ensure accountability and efficiency within station operations. Primary Duties and Accountabilities Oversee the engineering function to meet station needs and comply with regulatory requirements. Guide performance and development of engineering personnel to achieve corporate objectives and high-quality engineering outcomes. Lead engineering and technical initiatives concerning short-term and long-term programs affecting site operations. Engage in Business Planning, Budgeting, and Performance reviews for assigned staff. Act as a senior resource for wide-ranging programs and initiatives on standardized engineering systems and processes. Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by management, including emergency responses and departmental support during outages. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear) or a related science, or hold a Professional Engineer License, or possess an Active/Inactive SRO License with at least 5 years of engineering or related experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a nuclear power plant environment. Must meet additional requirements specified in ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 Standard regarding personnel selection, qualification, and training in nuclear power plants. Must maintain unescorted access requirements as relevant and pass medical examinations or testing per job responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications Professional Engineer Registration. Advanced technical degree or Master of Business Administration (MBA). Experience in supervisory or management roles.
