Director of Nursing – Behavioral Health Northern Arizona (Near Sedona) • Full-Time • Permanent A leading Behavioral Health and Outpatient organization in Northern Arizona—just minutes from Sedona—is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to join their Executive Leadership Team. This location offers four true seasons, cooler temperatures than Phoenix, and easy access to national parks and monuments including the Grand Canyon. The community has a full range of amenities, including a nearby airport. Position Overview This is a full-time, permanent leadership position (no interim needed). The Director of Nursing will oversee: A 16-bed inpatient facility A 7-bed Crisis Stabilization Unit Outpatient Behavioral Health services A team of approximately 30 employees The role reports directly to the CEO and plays a key part in clinical operations, quality, and patient care delivery across the organization. Patient population includes both Medicaid and privately insured individuals. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) BSN required; Master’s degree preferred 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience Strong background in Psychiatric / Behavioral Health Ability to lead teams, support clinical staff, and uphold quality standards Compensation & Benefits Starting at $125,000+, depending on experience Possible relocation assistance Full benefits package
