As a Director of Healthcare Services/RN, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do: Oversee the delivery of clinical and caregiver services, ensuring the highest quality of patient/client care in accordance with home health laws and regulatory standards Coordinate and manage a team of LPN/RN field nurses, CNAs, and PCAs to ensure client and patient goals are met Orient, train, supervise and retain qualified caregivers Ensure medical supplies/equipment are delivered and staff are trained on care procedures Assess patient/client needs, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction Effectively manage financial resources related to the delivery of quality patient/client care A few must-haves for a Director of Healthcare Services/RN: Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN or BSN license in GA Minimum of [5] years of nursing experience in home healthcare At least (2) years of supervisory nursing and caregiver management experience CPR certification TB test (within past 12 months) Extensive knowledge of state and federal home health laws and regulatory standards Excellent management, organizational, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills Benefits: Base Pay plus Annual Bonus Potential Weekly pay Make a positive impact in the lives of others through the work you do Family-oriented culture that values people and promotes work-life balance Online training, growth and ability to earn CEUs Interim HealthCare is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
