Customer Service Manager Job Site: Carson, CA Pay: $60-$80K Temp-Hire Position Position Overview: The Customer Service Manager will lead a team responsible for managing daily communication with our customers and internal operations. This position ensures orders, shipments, and inventory updates flow accurately between systems and teams. You’ll act as the bridge between customers, warehouse operations, transportation, and billing—resolving issues, driving continuous improvements, and ensuring we deliver on every commitment. This leader is also responsible for ensuring that all billing is completed timely and accurately, supporting financial integrity and strong client relationships. Key Qualifications: 5+ years of customer service experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation. 2+ years of team leadership or management experience. Strong understanding of 3PL workflows—transload, order fulfillment, and distribution. Working knowledge of WMS/TMS systems (e.g., FootPrint WMS, or similar). Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with Excel and data analysis. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
