Job Overview: Location: 7352 Industrial Blvd, Allentown, PA 18106 Openings: 2 Shifts: Days: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule Nights: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule Schedule Example: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday Flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays is required. The Batcher II is responsible for accurately preparing and mixing ingredients to produce finished syrup for aseptic bottling operations. This role ensures product quality, inventory accuracy, and compliance with batch recipes on each shift. Key Responsibilities Follow batch recipes using the Batch Management System. Calculate and mix ingredients according to scheduled cases and tank requirements. Receive, inspect, sample, load, and unload bulk tankers and unitized juice concentrate deliveries. Locate, verify, weigh, and stage ingredients for batching. Operate material handling equipment and assist with inventory tracking and issue resolution. Maintain product quality through equipment sanitation, accurate batching, and in-process checks. Record all material usage and batch data in SAP in real-time to support traceability and inventory accuracy. Operate Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems and manage product transfers to packaging lines. Requirements: 2 years of experience in batching, blending, and mixing Must have computer skills, with ability to accurately input data Must possess good communication skills, and the proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. Must possess the ability to effectively apply mathematical concepts and reasoning skills. Must be able to complete forklift certification. Prior forklift experience is preferred. Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time in a manufacturing environment.
