Assistant Controller
Tulsa
System One is assisting a Tulsa manufacturing client with a search for an Assistant Controller. They will work closely with the Controller and oversee a small team. Responsibilities: Take ownership of the month-end close process from recording of activities to reconciliations to financial reporting Manage the fixed assets accounting and inventory accounting Ensure financial statements are in accordance with GAAP Prepare management reports periodically including KPIs, variance explanations and cash flow analysis Assist in the budgeting process and monthly reviews Supervise Accounts Payable team Assist with the external audit Ensure internal controls are operating effectively and look for ways to improve processes Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with some of those years in a manufacturing environment Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA a plus Experience with cost accounting in a manufacturing environment highly preferred Strong analytical and problem solving skills Proficient in Excel and comfortable with ERP systems Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Team player who works well at all levels of the organization Maintain confidentiality of information Strong work ethic with a great attitude Salary: $100K - $110K System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
