About the Position: Tito’s Handmade Vodka is seeking an experienced individual with a passion for sales to join our team! The Area Sales Manager role is responsible for supporting the State Sales Manager with the annual sales order solicitation plan, efficient use of sales resources, identifying sales order initiatives, and other sales solicitation support activities as necessary. Job Responsibilities: Helps State Sales Manager construct annual sales order solicitation plan and responsible for managing all aspects of plan execution within their given area (Geographic or Channel) Works with Distributor team to execute annual sales order solicitation plan Train, lead, and develop the sales team members as well as the distributor in soliciting sales orders of Tito’s products and in expounding upon the virtues of the product and telling the Tito’s story Establish themselves as the “go to” person for problem solving and action planning for large customers and wholesale partners Identify opportunities in the market for sales order solicitation and implement regional programs to take advantage of these opportunities Efficiently utilize personnel and financial resources to execute annual sales order solicitation plan, and deliver all regional sales order solicitation goals Lead local chain sales headquarter calls and present Trade Sales initiatives and to identify chain-specific sales order opportunities Managers should have a good grasp of decision-making capacity, along with knowledge of when to seek advice or guidance Be knowledgeable of how an alcohol supplier such as Tito’s Handmade Vodka should interact with distributors, retailers/wholesalers, and end consumers within the spirits industry’s 3 tier system and other legal boundaries Need to be clear communicator of needs, issues, opportunities, and concerns Gather, organize, and report identified and requested sales order solicitation information within requested timelines so that appropriate changes may be made to the sales order solicitation strategy. Engage with the distributor relative to the distributor’s management of branded advertising display merchandise at distributor warehouse(s) Requirements Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience; and at least 6 years of alcohol sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility High School diploma or state issued equivalency certificate; Bachelor’s degree preferred Results driven, enthusiastic & motivated Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Polished Sales & Presentation Skills Ability to coach/train/motivate/influence Analytical skills/strategic vision Pricing analysis proficiency Be knowledgeable of Federal and State regulations as they pertain to the sale of alcoholic beverages Physically capable of executing all essential functions to perform the job Must have a valid US Driver’s License, safe driving record and access to a reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes Legally able to work in USA Benefits $92,500 - $125,000 + Bonus Plan Car, Phone & Internet Allowance Expense Account Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Company Paid Life & Disability Insurance Voluntary Insurance Plans 401k plan with company match, profit sharing Vacation, Sick, Flex Time Paid Parental Leave Adoption Assistance Program Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account Health Savings Account Lifestyle Spending Account Financial Wellness Benefit Employee Assistance Program Equal Opportunity Employer Fifth Generation, Inc.
